With over a decade of experience as a chef, she has worked at a number of prestigious restaurants, including Coulina Mill Creek in Edmonton, as well as La Bouvette, Cafe des Sport and de Superet in Belgium. Christine grew up here in Alberta, but once she moved abroad, she realized she could use her newly discovered knowledge to make a positive impact back in her new town.
